DESCRIPTION: Join Elizabeth Clemants for a 2.5 day workshop where we will learn some of the most important skills mediators use to resolve conflicts. This workshop will teach valuable insights into how disputes can break down communication and ultimately threaten relationships. We will also work on the fundamental skills to understand those breakdowns, form more accurate reflections of communication and build the bridges toward repair.
