Stewards of Children

DESCRIPTION: Stewards of Children®, Darkness to Light's flagship program, teaches adults how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. Additional training is available that is designed to provide more in-depth information and skill development in topic areas addressed in Stewards of Children®, including but not limited to other forms of abuse, mandated reporting, and human trafficking. BIO: Kaylee Conway is New York born and raised but as of 2020, lives in San Diego. She is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and a facilitator for Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children trainings. Kaylee joined Darkness to Light in 2020 after several years of being an advocate and fundraiser. She is proud to serve communities by educating individuals on ways to proactively identify, react and prevent further instances of childhood sexual abuse.
